In house testing & inspection facilities :


  • Hydrostatic test pump suitable to test up to 20000 PSI.

    Testing of Tube Fittings shall be carried out 2- 4% of quantity as per Q.A.P.
    Testing of valves shall be carried out 100% of quantity as per Q.A.P

  • Pneumatic test set up suitable to test up to 120 BAR.

    Testing of Tube Fittings shall be carried out 2 - 4% of sample size/ as per Q.A.P.
    Testing of valves shall be carried out as 100% of sample size/ as per Q.A.P

  • Vibration testing machine up to frequency 1440 R.P.M.

    SET UP is suitable to operate at frequency of 25 / 30 cycles per second.
    This test can be offered as per specification provided by customer / user.

  • Pressure cycling test set up.

    Pressure cycling pump available with us can be adjusted & set as per customer specification/ Test requirements.
  • Vacuum pressure test.

    Vacuum test shall be carried out up to 700ml Bar.
  • Hardness testing machine.

    To detect hardness of the material with suitable indenters.
  • Temperature cycling unit.

      The above unit can be subjected to temperature cycles of specified required hours to a maximum temperature up to 350 degree C from the lowest 27 C.
 
Specification for design, manufacture and performance assessment :

  • ANSI B 2.1 American national standard pipe threads (except dry seal).

  • ANSI B 1.1 Unified screw threads class 2A & 2B or B.S.equivalent for tube ends.

  • ANSI B 31.1 American national standard code for pressure piping & petroleum refinery piping.

  • ASTM A 269 Seamless and welded austenitic stainless steel tubing for general service.

  • ASTM A 276 stainless and heat resisting steel bars & shapes.

  • ASTM A 182 Forged alloy steel tube / pipe fitting, flanges, valves & parts for high temperature service.

  • ASTM A 473 stainless and heat resisting steel forgings.

  • ASTM A 314 stainless and heat resisting steel billets and bars for forgings.

  • PP-P198 general cleaning and handling requirements for instruments and fittings for USE in water, helium services.

  • SAE - J 5141 hydraulic tube fittings.

  • ISOR - 261 ISO general purpose metric screw threads.

  • ANSI B 16.11 American national standard forged steel fitting, socket weld fittings & threaded.
